3) We will provide you with usernames/passwords to enable use of the service. Your virtual server (including FTP and SSH access) is for your use only. The password/s must not be divulged to any other person, and reasonable precautions should taken to ensure that it is not discovered by other people.

4) We will provide support for the services provided. Support can be obtained by e-mailing support@fnet.nu and we will attempt to answer e-mail within 12 hours.

5) We reserve the right to suspend service provision if your use of fNet's bandwidth is deemed unreasonable.

6a) You will be responsible for the content of your pages, including obtaining the legal permission for any works they include and ensuring that the contents of these pages do not violate UK law. We reserve the right to remove material deemed inappropriate from your web pages, without prior notice. We do not allow adult, warez or illegal MP3 web sites on their servers.

6c) We shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services.

7) While precautions (like RAID1 mirroring) have been taken, data stored on our servers is not guaranteed to be backed up. It is recommended that you keep an independent backup of all data stored on your virtual server.

8) We reserve the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

9) To protect your privacy we never distribute your name or e-mail address to any third parties.

10) Users must not participate in any form of un-solicited bulk e-mailing or spam.
